Description: ROM BCM-1 contains a consortium of fungal and bacterial cultures useful for composting of organic wastes, such as farm waste, coil pith, sugar cane leaves, banana pseudostem, press mud etc. The microbial consortium enables continuous process of composting of farm wastes into Organic Carbon for soil. Specification: ROM BCM-1 has a bacterial count of not less than 2 x 109 CFU per gram/ml. It is available both in powder and liquid formulations and can be easily applied to the farm waste for decomposition.
Dosage: Apply ROM BCM-1 @ 5 kg per MT of farm waste biomass. Dissolve 5 kg of ROM BCM-1 in 150 liters of water and sprayed thoroughly on 1 tone size of farm waste biomass along with cow dung slurry.
Target crop: ROM BCM-1 can be used in the decomposition of all farm waste including crops such as fruits, vegetables, pulses, paddy, groundnut, flowering plants, tuber crops like potato, carrot, beet root and cole crops like cauliflower, cabbage, maize, banana, casuarinas, sugarcane etc. and approved for use in Organic Agriculture.
